Combo 5 Stars – Femi.Eko® reusable pads will help you feel more comfortable and have that permanent fresh feeling. That’s because the bamboo fabric of the pads breathes and allows moisture to evaporate. Less moisture means less odour-causing bacteria, even when you wear the pad for longer than you normally would (Femi.Eko® pads can be worn for up to 10 hours depending on flow).
The materials we use are carefully designed to ensure comfort, protection and absorbency. That means the absorbent feels dry on the outside, even when the inside has collected a lot of menstrual blood.
The pack contains 4 pads: 1 reusable pad size S for daily use/flow, 1 pad size M for night use/moderate flow/heavy flow/early postpartum days, 2 extremely thin S-M pads that can be used for both medium and heavy flow.
Thanks to the clip-on wings, FemiEko® pads fold neatly into squares that you can pack and take in your bag. We recommend you try our waterproof wallet for storing used pads when you’re on the go.

FemiEko® pads are easy to wash. Just rinse them well before putting them in the washing machine and you’re done! They don’t dry in the machine and you don’t have to expose them to high heat or hot water (maximum 40°).
- Wear it up to 12 hours
- Wash your Femi.Eko panties before first use. This will help activate the protection in the gusset in order to get best absorbancy.
- Hang dry or use a tumble dryer, but not higher than 40°.
- Do not use softeners, as they can destroy the protective technology within the gusset.
- Reuse up to 2 years.
- Enjoy stress-free period
- Rinse after use in cold water until the water becomes clear. Then you can wash normally, but not more than 40 °.
- Do not use bleach or other strong chemicals, as they may destroy the protection technology in the absorption zone.
- Don’t iron them.
