The Green Combo includes the Femi.Eko menstrual disc and the Green Microwave Steriliser, and you can buy it at a better price than buying them separately.
The menstrual disc can be used for any menstrual flow or in conjunction with the Ella Panties for extra protection, especially if you’re new to reusable products.
The FemiEko menstrual pad is an intimate reusable product made from 100% medical grade silicone, tested to be safe for your body and the environment. This silicone is non-irritating and is widely used in medical and hygiene products such as pacifiers, catheters or breast pumps and is 100% biocompatible with your body.
The menstrual disc collects blood naturally, and does not absorb it like a tampon. The disc can collect the equivalent of up to 5 tampons and does not interfere with vaginal flora, create bacteria, irritation or unpleasant odours like traditional products.
The wearing time of the disc can be up to 12 hours for a total of over 5 years.
The advantages of a menstrual disc compared to a menstrual cup are:
Unique size, which does not take into account the position of the cervix, age or childbirth

The Femi.Eko® Sterilizer is used for microwave sanitization of the disc, but also menstrual cups… and why not, small sex toys. Efficiently clean the disc between uses and sterilise, simply and quickly, without boiling.
Add the menstrual disc to the inside of the sterilizer with water, put the lid on and turn on the microwave for 5 minutes.
You can also use this steriliser for storing your menstrual disc between periods.

- Wear it up to 12 hours
- Wash your Femi.Eko panties before first use. This will help activate the protection in the gusset in order to get best absorbancy.
- Hang dry or use a tumble dryer, but not higher than 40°.
- Do not use softeners, as they can destroy the protective technology within the gusset.
- Reuse up to 2 years.
- Enjoy stress-free period
- Rinse after use in cold water until the water becomes clear. Then you can wash normally, but not more than 40 °.
- Do not use bleach or other strong chemicals, as they may destroy the protection technology in the absorption zone.
- Don’t iron them.
