Menstrual Cup – Size A
Freedom of movement and comfort! Femi.eko menstrual cup size A (Natur), 26 ml capacity, is an intimate feminine, reusable product made of 100% medical grade silicone, tested to be safe for your body and the environment. This type of silicone is soft, velvety to the touch and particularly comfortable, even for prolonged wear, and is certified for medical use. With the menstrual cup you can do most regular activities without the stress of stains or the need to go to the bathroom frequently. The cup folds for insertion into the vagina (folding to the same diameter as a tampon) and collects, NOT absorbs, menstrual blood, which eliminates the unpleasant vaginal dryness that occurs when using traditional tampons. The medical silicone is biocompatible, have no chemicals in its composition, being safe for your body and the Planet. Because it contains no chlorine, plastic or pesticides, you’ll enjoy protection without the risks associated with disposable menstrual products. You can wear the cup for up to 12 hours, but for optimal hygiene we recommend no more than 10 hours.
If you are using the menstrual cup for the first time, follow the steps indicated in the manual inside the box for safe, step-by-step guided use!
The menstrual cup can be used for a period of 2-5 years, which allows you to get rid of the dependency on disposables, save money and prevent pollution.
The tail of the menstrual cup allows you to adjust the length according to your cervix, for a fit tailored to your needs.
Easy to insert and remove, light to wear, the menstrual cup collects the blood inside and lets the natural flow happen naturally, which is especially important for a well-functioning reproductive system and healthy development.
Being an intimate, internal device the risk of unpleasant odours and leakage is largely eliminated. If you are using the menstrual cup for the first time, follow the steps indicated in the manual inside the box for safe use!

Frequently asked questions
The most important thing is to choose the correct size.
Femi.Eko® cups have an anatomical shape and they are made from soft medical silicone. Here is how to choose the best fit:
Size A – for women with low to high period flow, under 30 years
Size B – for women that gave birth, over 30 years, with high period flow
Our cups are developed to fit any type of cervix, having a long tail, that can be adjusted by cutting it according to the length that is comfortable for you.
If you pick the correct cup size, then you will not feel discomfort and won’t have any leakage.
You can wear your cup for up to 12 hours, and the recommendation is to empty it two times a day or every 10 to 12 hours. If you have a heavy flow, you should empty it more often, as this will help you avoid leaks.
Femi.Eko® menstrual cup is specially developed to be comfortable, made of very soft medical silicone, and with an anatomical shape. You should not feel any type of pain while using a menstrual cup. The only time you could feel a slight discomfort is when inserting the cup for the first time.
We encourage you to change the Femi.Eko® Menstrual Cup at least every 2 years, even though you can use it up to 5 years.
Also, we recommend replacing your Femi.Eko® Menstrual Cup if:
- you had yeast or bacterial infection and you used it while you had it
- if you dropped it in the toilet
- if you notice any sticky or powdery film on top of the cup.
While replacing your Femi.Eko® Menstrual Cup with a new Femi.Eko® Menstrual Cup, remember to disinfect the cup and then recycle it. Be responsible and don’t simply throw it away.
