Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
Maybe you tried a menstrual cup for the first time and still couldn’t get comfortable, even though a period of 3 periods has passed (normally after your 3rd period you should be comfortable with the insertion challenges of a cup), or maybe you’re not comfortable with your period panty size. Whatever the reason is, we want you to have the best experience on your cycle journey. We also know how important money is, so we don’t want you to feel like you’ve bought disposables 🙂Â
That’s why we give you the option to exchange the product you feel isn’t for you, for one that fits you perfectly… and there are many products that are compatible with your needs, we promise!
- A customer has the right to exchange a purchase within 90 days from the date of the order.
- The customer must inform us of their desire to return the purchased item by sending an email to hello@femieko.com . Include your name, address, email, order number, which item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- If ordering more than one product, only one product can be returned and exchanged.
- Only first-time customers can benefit from this exchange guarantee.
- The item must be returned within 90 days of receipt.
- The cost of return shipping and delivery of the new product is the responsibility of the customer, but we will make sure to send you the shipping labels via email.Â
- The customer can exchange for another product that has the same value as the one originally paid for the returned product, or pay the difference in price between the returned product and the new item, via a payment link we will send via email and securely processed by Stripe payments.Â
- The product to be exchanged will be returned by the customer and we will be responsible for its hygienic recycling if we do not agree otherwise via email.Â
Exceptions to the exchange/ Satisfaction guarantee
* Any products marked as “last items”, “limited edition” or products offered under vouchers or free gifts (giveaway), and purchased with special discounts marked as such, cannot be returned under the satisfaction guarantee.
** Only CUPS, DISCS, UNDERWEAR, and PADS are eligible for exchange under the terms of the Satisfaction Guarantee. Any other products, such as accessories, are not eligible for the Satisfaction Guarantee.
*** No refunds are offered under this guarantee. To be eligible for a “money back” refund, the product must be unused, in the original box, and returned within 14 days of purchase.
