Femi.Eko® pads are the healthy and reusable alternative to traditional pads. They offer protection and wear time of up to 10 hours for at least 2 years. That’s because the fabric breathes and allows moisture to evaporate. Less moisture means less bacteria that cause unpleasant odours, rashes or infections.
The fabrics we use are carefully designed to ensure comfort, protection and absorbency. The absorbent pad contains effective absorbent layers. The top layer is pleasant to the touch and gentle on sensitive skin, the absorbent layer maintains the equivalent of 3 normal pads, and the waterproof layer protects against leakage. On top of that, this absorbent’s cut is only 2mm and you almost don’t know you’re in the menstration. And on top of all these benefits, it saves you money spent on over 300 disposable pads a year.
Thanks to the clip-on wings, their size can be adjusted to suit your panty size. They fold neatly into squares that you can pack and take in your bag. We recommend you try our waterproof wallet for storing used pads when you’re on the move.
And don’t worry, the pad is easy to wash. Just rinse it well before putting it in the washing machine and you’re done!

Rinse with cold water before washing. Hand wash or machine wash at low temperatures (ideally 30 degrees). Do not use chlorine, bleach, disinfectants or conditioner. We recommend using a hypoallergenic, fragrance-free detergent, preferably liquid (for complete dissolution in water without white deposits on the fabric).

We offer a range of 2 products, one for daily use and one for night/ high flow use. We recommend having it both and more in your portfolio of sustainable period products.
They are very light, soft and are only 3 mm thick.
This is depending on the flow you have or if you also use a menstrual cup or alternate your days with also using period underwear. Normally, women have between 5 to 15 pads. Calculate how many disposable pads you used in your period days and divide it by 3. You may need to wash it meanwhile, but that’s ok, it’s sustainable :)
Reusable pads are a perfect product to use for light incontinence. People with this issue are in need to wear daily protection. While disposable pads can increase the risk of getting yeast and bacterial infections or to create irritation and chafing, Femi.Eko®’s pads can be heaven-sent for people who need to wear a pad every day due to their comfort and breathability.
For postpartum, many of the women choose it as being a natural choice that promotes comfort and healing after birth, as it is more breathable and skin friendly for the intimate area.
You should change the pad according to your flow. More you use it; you will know when saturation is at the top. We only don’t recommend keeping a pad for more than 8 hours.
