Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Femi.Eko®! These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.femieko.com (“the Site”) and your purchase of Femi.Eko® products (“Products”) through this Site. By accessing or using our Site and/or purchasing Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein or available via hyperlink.
We are committed to providing you with a safe, pleasant, and seamless shopping experience.
Definitions
“Shopping Cart”: A function on the Site that allows the Customer to select and order Products.
“Customer”: A consumer (an individual person) who intends to order Products from the Site and enter into an agreement with the Seller.
“Store”: The online platform available at www.femieko.com, where the Seller presents and offers Products for sale.
“Terms”: These general terms and conditions governing the use of the Store and the sale of Products.
“Seller”: FEMIEKO ApS, CVR DK43804391, with registered office at Bjerget 24, 6800 Varde, Denmark, owner of the Femi.Eko® brand.
“Agreement”: A legally binding agreement between the Customer and the Seller, concluded when the Customer places an order through the Store and the Seller confirms the order.
“Goods”: The physical products offered for sale by the Seller through the Store.
“Complaint”: A Customer’s report of defects or non-conformities in the Goods in accordance with Article 9 of these Terms and Conditions.
General Information
These Terms are written in English. Agreements may be concluded in Danish or English, depending on the Customer’s preference.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on the Site and do not affect orders placed prior to the change.
The Seller is a VAT-registered business. All prices listed on the Site include VAT, and the OSS scheme applies to foreign Customers.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the purchase process is accurate and complete.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities sold to any person or entity at its sole discretion.
Placing Orders
3.1 Order Process
The Customer selects Goods and adds them to the Shopping Cart. At checkout, the Customer must provide the necessary information to complete the order, including payment and delivery details. By clicking the “Pay” button, the Customer confirms the order and enters into this Agreement with the Seller.
3.2 Order Confirmation
Upon receipt of the order, the Seller sends an order confirmation to the email address provided by the Customer. This confirmation contains details of the ordered Goods, the total price, and delivery information. The Agreement is deemed concluded when the Seller sends this confirmation.
3.3 Pre-orders
For pre-orders, payment is reserved at the time of ordering, but the amount will not be charged until the Goods are ready for dispatch. An estimated delivery date will be provided, and the Seller will keep the Customer informed of any changes or updates.
3.4 Prices and Availability
All prices are stated in Euro and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability of Goods may change without prior notice. The Seller reserves the right to correct any pricing errors.
Discount coupons cannot be used to purchase gift cards. If a discount is applied for purchasing a minimum quantity and some items are returned, causing the total purchase value to fall below the minimum threshold, the discount will be deducted from the refund.
Shipping costs are added to the product price and vary depending on the delivery area.
The Customer is responsible for any customs duties required by law in the delivery area. The OSS scheme applies to deliveries within the EU.
3.5 Payment Methods
The Seller accepts various payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Payments are securely processed via PensoPay and Shopify Payments. The Customer will only be charged when the order is confirmed and the Goods are ready for dispatch.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse service to any person for any reason at any time and does not sell to certain countries, such as Russia.
The Customer understands that their content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and may involve (a) transmissions over various networks and (b) changes to conform to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transmission.
The Seller is not responsible for any fees charged by the Customer’s bank during online payment.
Delivery and Shipping
4.1 Shipping Methods
The Seller offers delivery via GLS within Denmark and UPS for international orders. The Customer may select the preferred delivery method at checkout.
4.2 Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are 1–3 business days within Denmark and 2–4 business days for international shipments, depending on destination. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
4.3 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method and destination:
– Delivery to pickup points: 39 DKK
– Delivery to private addresses: 49 DKK
Free delivery may be offered during promotional periods as stated on the Site.
International deliveries via UPS are subject to variable costs based on territory and delivery conditions.
4.4 Risk of Loss
The risk of loss, damage, or destruction of the Goods transfers to the Customer upon receipt. During transport, the Seller is responsible for any loss or damage and will replace the products in such cases.
4.5 Tracking
Once the order has been shipped, the Customer will receive a tracking number by email to monitor delivery status.
Return and Exchange Policy
At Femi.Eko®, your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer simple and flexible return and exchange options.
5.1.1 14-Day Right of Return
Eligibility: You have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving your order, unless otherwise agreed or stated.

Conditions:
– Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, with all original packaging and tags.
– Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.
– Return costs are borne by the Customer unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
5.1.2 Return Process
Two options are available:
– Using our return label: Purchase a return label via our portal (39 DKK, deducted from the refund), attach it, and drop off the package at a GLS parcel shop.
– Using your own return label: Send the package to our business address (returns to parcel shops such as DAO or PostNord are not accepted). Include a note with your name, order number, and reason for return.

5.1.3 Exchange Policy
We offer size exchanges in accordance with the same return conditions outlined in section 5.1.2.
To exchange an item for another size, the Customer must initiate the exchange via our exchange portal and return the product using one of the following options:
– Using our return label:
Purchase a return label via our return portal. The cost of the return label is 39 DKK, which will be deducted from the refund or charged accordingly. The return shipment is handled by GLS.
– Using your own return label:
Send the package to our business address at your own expense. Returns sent to parcel shops (such as DAO or PostNord) are not accepted. The Customer must include a note with their name, order number, and the requested new size.
Once the returned item has been received and approved, the replacement product will be dispatched.
Any applicable shipping costs for sending the new item will be charged in accordance with our standard delivery rates.
5.1.4 Processing Time
Returns: Up to 14 business days from receipt; refunds issued to the original payment method (2–5 business days depending on the bank).
Exchanges: Up to 7 business days from receipt.
Important: Include the return slip; failure to do so may delay processing.
5.1.5 Conditions
– Products must be sent back within 14 days of receipt.
– Returns or exchanges received after this period will not be accepted.
– It is the Customer’s responsibility to check the return deadline. Return label costs are non-refundable if the deadline is exceeded.
Terms and Conditions – LoveBox
1. Campaign Description
Add 3 products to your cart and receive 100% discount on the cheapest product at checkout.
2. Campaign Period
Valid for a limited time and while stocks last.
3. Eligibility
– Only orders with 3 products added exclusively via the LOVEBOX page.
– Discount applies to the cheapest product.
– Valid only during the campaign period on our website.
4. Returns and Refunds
– Partial returns are not accepted.
– No partial refunds; defective items may be exchanged.
5. Other Terms
– Cannot be combined with other discounts.
– Seller may modify or end the campaign at any time.

5.1.6 Gift Returns
Standard return policy applies; refunds only to the original payment method. Exchanges or store credit may be requested.
5.2 Satisfaction Guarantee
– 90-day exchange period for first-time customers (one product per first order).
– Product must be unused, unopened, in original packaging.
– Initiate via email to hello@femieko.com
– Costs: 59 DKK per product + 39 DKK shipping.
– No refunds under this guarantee; refunds require application via the return portal within 14 days.
Exceptions apply to sale items, limited editions, and promotional products.
Campaigns and Discounts
6.1 Free Gift with Purchase
One free item per order; non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
6.2 First Order Discount
10% discount for new customers via newsletter subscription; exclusions apply.
6.3 Vouchers and Coupons
One per order; cannot be combined.
Right of Withdrawal
7.1 Withdrawal Period
14 days from receipt; notify via hello@femieko.com.
7.2 Exceptions
Sealed hygiene products once opened; final sale or promotional items.
7.3 Return Process
Return within 14 days at Customer’s expense.
7.4 Refunds
Processed within 14 days of receipt; same payment method; deductions may apply for diminished value.
Warranty and Complaints
8.1 Warranty
2-year warranty under Danish Sale of Goods Act.
8.2 Complaint Procedure
Notify within a reasonable time (up to 90 days) via email with description and proof of purchase.
8.3 Resolution
Replacement, refund, or price reduction; reasonable return costs covered.
Use of the Website
9.1 Changes
The Seller may modify or suspend the Site.
9.2 User Responsibility
Use in accordance with law; maintain account confidentiality.
9.3 Intellectual Property
All content is protected; unauthorized use is prohibited.
Privacy Policy
10.1 Data Collection
Personal data processed in accordance with GDPR.
10.2 Use of Data
For order fulfillment and customer service only.
10.3 Cookies
Used for experience, analytics, and marketing; manageable via browser settings.
10.4 Data Subject Rights

Consumer Protection

Danish law applies.

Final Provisions
12.1 Severability
Invalid provisions do not affect remaining terms.
12.2 Assignment
The Seller may assign rights and obligations.

Effective upon publication; continued use constitutes acceptance.
