• Before inserting it into the vagina, wash your hands very well.
• Fold the menstrual cup into a C shape, insert it into your vagina, then twist it to open it completely and create a vacuum. The ring of the bowl is attached to the walls of the vagina, and the menstrual fluid will be collected inside it without the risk of leakage.
• To remove and empty it, wash your hands thoroughly again.
