At Femi.Eko, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to ensuring that you love every product you purchase from us. If for any reason you're not completely happy, we provide easy and flexible return and exchange options to make sure you have the best possible experience with Femi.Eko.

5.1.1 14-Day Return Policy

  • Eligibility: You have the right to return your products within 14 days of receiving your order, unless otherwise agreed or specified in your order.

  • Conditions:
    • The products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed and with all original packaging and labels.
    • The return must be made within 14 days of receipt of the products.
    • The cost of the return is to be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

5.1.2 Return Process

You have two options for returning your products:

  1. Using Our Return Label:
    • Purchase a return label through our return portal - HERE. You will receive a return label that is insured by us and handled by UPS- at a cost of 10 EUR, which will be deduced from the refund.
    • Print and attach the return label clearly to your return package.
    • Pack all items securely in the original packaging, if possible.
    • Drop off the package at your nearest UPS parcel shop or pick it up at your address by a carrier.
  2. Using Your Own Return Label:
    • Purchase a return label through an external provider directed to our business address. Please note that returns to parcel shops (e.g., DAO & Postnord) are not accepted.
    • Clearly attach the return label to your return package and include a note with your name, order number, and reason for return.
    • Pack all items securely in the original packaging, if possible.

5.1.3 Exchange Policy

  • We offer free exchanges for different sizes. To exchange your item for a different size, please follow the steps below:
    • Visit our exchange portal - HERE and follow the instructions to select a new size.
    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible, and use the provided return label to send it back to us.
    • Drop off your package at the nearest UPS parcel shop or pick it up at your address by a carrier.

5.1.4 Processing Time

  • Returns: Once we receive your return package, the return process may take up to 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
  • Exchanges: The exchange process may take up to 7 business days once we receive your package.

Important: Please fill out and include the return slip when returning a package to us. Failure to include this slip may delay the return process.

5.1.5 Return and exchange Terms

  • You have 14 days to return or exchange a product from the day you receive your package. This means that the item must be sent back no later than 14 days after you have received your package.
  • Returns or exchanges received after this period will not be accepted.
  • It is your responsibility to check whether your return period has expired before sending the package back to us. We cannot refund the cost of the return label if the return period is exceeded.

5.1.6 Returning Gifts

  • If you have received a gift purchased from us and wish to return it, the standard return policy applies unless an extended return period has been agreed upon. The refund can only be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. You can also exchange the item for a different size or product or request a store credit, if preferred.

5.2 Satisfaction Guarantee

At Femi.Eko, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to have the best experience with our products, and we understand that finding the perfect match can sometimes take time. 

Terms of the Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • 90-Day Exchange Period: This guarantee applies to first-time customers and allows for the exchange of one product within 90 days of the purchase date.
  • One Product per First Order: The satisfaction guarantee covers the exchange of one product per initial order.
  • Product Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging with all labels intact. We do not accept used products for exchanges or returns.
  • Return Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact us by emailing hello@femieko.com. Include your name, address, email, order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
  • Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping and delivery of the new product is the customer's responsibility. We will provide you with the necessary return shipping labels via email.
  • Exchange Procedure: Customers can exchange the product for another item of equal value or choose a different product and pay the price difference via a secure payment link sent by email.
  • No Refunds: This guarantee does not offer refunds. To be eligible for a “money-back” refund,  you must apply directly to our return portal within 14 days of purchase.

Exclusions from the Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • Products marked as “final sale,” “limited edition,” or purchased with special discounts or promotional offers (such as coupons or giveaways) are not eligible for return or exchange under this satisfaction guarantee.
  • Only menstrual cups, menstrual discs, period panties, and reusable pads are covered under the satisfaction guarantee. Accessories and other non-specified products are not eligible for exchange rights.

Third-Party exclusions

  • If you have purchased Femi.Eko products from a third-party retailer or distributor, please contact the store or distributor directly for their specific return and exchange policies. Our Satisfaction Guarantee and return policy apply exclusively to purchases made directly through our official website. We encourage you to reach out to the original place of purchase, as they may have their own dedicated return or exchange policy to assist you with your request.
