Satisfaction Guarantee

Femi.Eko® offers a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on selected reusable intimate hygiene products (such as menstrual underwear, menstrual cups, and discs).

General Principles

This is a voluntary commercial service provided by Femi.Eko® to help new customers find the right product and ensure a comfortable first experience.

  • The guarantee applies to only one product per product type from the customer’s first order (e.g. the first pair of menstrual underwear).

  • It does not apply to multiple products of the same type or to repeat orders.

  • The product does not need to be returned – the customer keeps it, and Femi.Eko® offers a compensation solution.

Compensation Options

  • Product exchange: The customer may receive a different size or model of equal value.

  • Voucher: The customer may receive a voucher for the product value (minus applicable fees), usable at www.femieko.com.

Processing Fee

A fixed processing fee of €7 is applied to cover handling and administrative costs.

If the original order included free shipping, an additional deduction of the cost of it - eg. 10€ is applied.

Example: Product price: €40, free shipping
→ Voucher value = €40 – €7 – €10 = €23

If shipping was paid by the customer, the €10 fee is deducted.

Limitations and Exclusions

The satisfaction guarantee does not apply to:

  • Disposable products (tampons, pads, panty liners)

  • Items marked as “last item”

  • Products purchased with gift cards or vouchers

  • Free items received via giveaways or promotions

Femi.Eko® reserves the right to reject unreasonable or abusive requests and may limit the guarantee in cases of suspected fraud or repeated use.

This guarantee is meant to help the customer find the right product – not to replace products after regular use.

Complaints and Interpretation

By accepting these terms, the customer agrees to the calculation method of the voucher value, including the deduction of applicable shipping and processing fees.

Requests for full refunds in cash or vouchers without deductions are not justified, as this guarantee is a voluntary commercial benefit, not a legal right.
