How to choose the right panties

Two short questions. Your answers set the gallery filters, based on the flow and use listed in each product’s details.

For guidance only, not medical advice. Actual wear time depends on your flow: check more often the first few times.

How to read the drops

The drops show the absorbency level from the product details, on a scale from 1 to 6. The ml figure is the stated absorbency of the model. Menstrual discs and cups do not use this scale: they collect, they do not absorb.

How long can I wear a pair of period panties?

Up to 12 hours according to the product details, depending on your flow and the model’s absorbency. With a heavy flow, or the first few times, change more often.

Which absorbency level do I need?

Start with your flow. Light and Moderate suit light days, spotting or backup, Heavy and Super suit many period days, and Maxi suits a very heavy flow. Each card shows the level and the model’s stated absorbency in ml.

Can I use them together with a cup or disc?

Yes. Several models, including Eda, Ava and Seamless Light, are marked as extra protection with a cup or disc in the product details. See the individual product pages.

Are there sizes for teens?

Yes. Several models, including Ida Teenager, Nova, AllBody and Nora, come in sizes 12–14 and 14–16 years. Use the Size filter or the “For teens” shortcut.

How do I wash them so they last?

Rinse in cold water, wash at 40 °C without fabric softener, 60 °C after your period for hygiene, air dry, no tumble dryer and no ironing.
