After use
Put used products in the bin, not the toilet. The compostability documentation refers to the material identified in the document and to industrial composting, not home composting of a whole pad.
Testing
According to the certifications page, the range was assessed in a clinical study for hypoallergenic properties. Tests do not rule out an individual reaction.

How long can I wear a tampon?
As long as the pack states, and no longer than necessary. Wash your hands before and after. The NHS recommends these measures to reduce the risk of toxic shock syndrome.
What is the difference between a pad and a panty liner?
Pads with wings are for period days. Panty liners are thinner and are used for discharge, spotting or as backup. See each product page for details.
Can I flush pads down the toilet?
No. Put them in the bin and follow the disposal instructions on the pack.
What do the trial packs contain?
