Delivery and Shipment

Shipping Methods

• The Seller offers delivery via GLS within Denmark and UPS for international orders. The Buyer can choose their preferred delivery method during checkout.

Delivery Times

• The estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days within Denmark and 2-4 business days for international shipments, depending on the destination. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method and destination:
• Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods as indicated on the Site.
• International deliveries via UPS or DHL are subject to varying costs based on territory and delivery status.

Risk of Loss

• The risk of loss, damage, or destruction of the Goods passes to the Buyer upon receipt of the Goods. During transport, the Seller is responsible for any loss, damage, or destruction and is obliged to replace the products in such cases.

Tracking

• Once the order has been shipped, the Buyer will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status.

Returns

• You have the right to return your products within 14 days of receiving your order, unless otherwise agreed or specified in your order.
