DryWings Ultra Day is a single-use period pad for external protection during the day.
For days with moderate menstrual bleeding. When the amount increases, choose a higher absorbency.
Check that the length and shape give you the coverage you want in your underwear.
Check regularly, and change the pad according to your flow, moisture and comfort.
Three layers with different roles in your protection.
Top layer of non-woven 100% organic cotton. This is the pad's soft surface, in direct contact with the skin.
100% organic cotton. The fibres absorb and hold the menstrual blood inside the pad.
Bottom membrane made of biopolymer, which helps limit fluid from coming through to your underwear. The adhesive on the underside lets you attach it to your underwear.

Wash your hands, open the individual wrapper and remove the backing from the adhesive strip.
Centre the pad in clean, dry underwear with the adhesive side down.
Fold the wings around the edges of your underwear and press them onto the outside. Check that they lie flat.
Remove the used pad, wrap it up and put it in the general waste. Wash your hands after changing.
Separate the used pad from the packaging, and follow your local waste-sorting rules.
Wrap it up and put it in the general waste bin. Don't flush it down the toilet or throw it in water or nature.
Contains PLA and polyester. Check the local rules before sorting it separately; don't automatically put it in your home compost.
Empty the box and keep it clean and dry. Sort it as cardboard according to the local rules.
For moderate menstrual bleeding during the day. Notice how quickly the pad fills up, and adjust when you change it. If you need more absorbency or coverage, choose a model that suits your flow.
The wings fold around your underwear, help keep the pad in place and give extra protection at the sides. Centre the pad and attach the wings without creases; protection also depends on your flow and on changing in time.
Remove the backing from the adhesive strip, place the pad on the inside of your underwear and press lightly. Fold the wings around the edges and attach them to the outside of your underwear. The surface should be clean and dry.
Check regularly, and change it when it becomes damp or full, or when it feels uncomfortable. How often depends on your flow and your activities. Don't wait until it leaks before changing it.
Yes, it's used externally, attached to the underwear, with nothing to insert into the body. The choice depends on the flow and how well the 24 cm shape fits in the underwear – not just on age.
Ultra Day is the model developed for daytime use. For the night, choose a pad that suits your flow and the coverage you need at night.
The contact layer against the skin and the absorbent core are each made of 100% organic cotton, according to the technical data sheet. The bottom membrane, adhesives and other components are made of other materials, so the percentage doesn't describe the whole product.
Yes. The bottom membrane contains biopolymer, the individual wrapper contains PLA and polyester, and the adhesive label is made of polypropylene. These components are separate from the cotton layers. A polymer being plant-based doesn't mean the material isn't plastic.
The box contains 10 DryWings Ultra Day pads, each individually wrapped. One pad is 24 cm long. Store them in a cool, dry place in the intact packaging.
Don't flush them down the toilet. The used pad goes in the general waste. Don't assume the product or the wrapper can be composted at home; for the packaging, follow the instructions from your local waste service.
