Satisfaction guarantee – 90 days
90-day satisfaction guarantee at Femi.Eko®
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days and the statutory right of complaint, Femi.Eko® offers a commercial satisfaction guarantee of 90 days. The guarantee applies to selected reusable intimate hygiene products, including menstrual panties, menstrual cups and menstrual discs.
The satisfaction guarantee is a voluntary, commercial benefit and does not limit or replace your statutory rights as a consumer.
General principles
The satisfaction guarantee is aimed at customers making their first purchase and is intended to help find the product that best suits individual needs.
To reduce the risk of making the wrong choice, Femi.Eko® provides size guides, instructions and personal advice before purchase. We always recommend that you review these before ordering.
The guarantee can be used once per customer and applies to one product from the first order placed on www.femieko.dk .
“Customer” means a person identified by email address, telephone number and delivery address. Femi.Eko® reserves the right to collate this information to prevent misuse.
Products where the satisfaction guarantee applies do not need to be physically returned. The customer will keep the product and receive compensation according to the terms below.
How the satisfaction guarantee works
If the customer, within 90 calendar days from the delivery date, determines that the product is not suitable, Femi.Eko® offers the following:
Voucher
The customer receives a voucher equal to 50% of the actual price paid for the product in question.
The value of the voucher is calculated solely on the basis of the product price paid and does not include delivery costs.
The voucher is not payable in cash and cannot be exchanged for money.
The voucher is valid for up to 6 months from the date of issue and can be used once at www.femieko.dk .
To use the 90-day satisfaction guarantee on reusable intimate hygiene products, including menstrual panties, menstrual cups and menstrual discs, the customer must send an email to hej@femieko.dk with the following information:
desire to make use of the satisfaction guarantee
what didn't work with the tested product and the reason it didn't fit
The information is used to process the request and issue the voucher in accordance with the guarantee terms.
Fair use
The warranty applies in cases where the product has been used to a reasonable extent for testing and in accordance with the accompanying instructions for use.
Femi.Eko® reserves the right to reject requests if there is evidence of excessive use, deliberate damage or use that is outside the scope of normal testing.
Limitations and exceptions
The satisfaction guarantee does not apply to:
- disposable products, including tampons, pads and panty liners
- products marked as “last items” or sale items
- products purchased with gift cards or vouchers
- products received for free in connection with competitions or promotions
repeated requests or attempts at speculative use of the guarantee
Femi.Eko® reserves the right to limit or reject the warranty in the event of suspected misuse, fraud or violation of the stated terms.
Complaints and interpretation
By accepting the terms and conditions, the customer declares that he/she agrees that:
the satisfaction guarantee is a voluntary, commercial benefit
compensation is provided exclusively in the form of a voucher to the extent specified
demands for a full cash refund based on the satisfaction guarantee cannot be met
