Less shame.More confidence.

For the questions you do not dare to ask yet. We bring period education and access to products closer to schools and communities.

To be able to ask. To have something to choose from.

Real conversations. Real people.

Start with a question

Some questions are first asked in our heads.

“What if I get my period at school?”

“How do I choose what suits me?”

“Who can I talk to about this?”

A clear answer can be the start of a better relationship with your own body.

We make room for conversations about periods, using products and the support we need. In a way participants can understand, with respect for everyone's pace.

Before you write to us

The practical things, explained simply.

Who can propose a collaboration?

Schools, high schools, universities, NGOs and people who coordinate community projects. Tell us where the activity takes place, who it is for and what support would help.

What can an education project include?

Resources about menstruation, products for demonstrations, dialogue with professionals or access to products. We agree the format together, based on the audience and the resources available.

Can we request kits or dispensers?

Send a request with the estimated number of participants, the space available and the project period. The team will discuss the contents, supply and terms of the collaboration with you.

Is participation free?

The Teen Flow guide is available free of charge. For activities, kits and dispensers, we discuss the support and any costs before confirming the project.

Can boys take part too?

The project can include conversations about respect and support that are relevant for the whole class. The format and themes are agreed with the school, depending on the age of the participants.

Let us start a conversation

The next project can start with you.

Do you have a school, a community or an idea? Tell us what would help. We build the proposal from the needs of the people in front of you.
