YOU MAY RECOGNISE THESE MOMENTS

Some changes can be felt.
Even if they can't be seen.

The underwear that was comfortable yesterday bothers you now. A sneeze brings a few drops. Your period becomes harder to predict. In perimenopause and after menopause, intimate needs can change – and every woman's experience is different.

Skin that needs more gentleness

Hormonal changes can bring dryness and sensitivity. Start by noticing whether the discomfort is on the outside or the inside: the right care is different.

A few drops that distract you

Small urine leaks can happen when you cough, laugh or move. Absorbent protection helps you manage the leaks; a medical assessment helps you understand the cause.

A cycle that changes rhythm

In perimenopause, periods can become irregular. You can choose protection according to your flow, without wearing more than you need.

You don't have to get used to discomfort. You deserve practical solutions and answers that suit you.

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE

Short answers.
For clear choices.

Everyday comfort starts with the product that suits your need.

What should I choose for small urine leaks?

Nanna and Flexi are intended for light urine leaks. The liners are for light discharge, and Ida is presented here for periods in perimenopause. New, persistent or heavy urine leaks should be assessed by a doctor.

Does Nanna shape the tummy?

The high waist gives coverage and comfortable support around the tummy. Nanna is not presented as a compression or shaping product. Choose the right size so that it doesn't feel tight.

Is the intimate balm for vaginal dryness?

No. It is a balm for dry external intimate skin. For vaginal dryness, persistent stinging or pain on contact, talk to your doctor about specific solutions. The gel is used externally and rinsed off if you tolerate it; the wipes are for occasional use.

How do I care for reusable underwear?

Rinse with cold water, wash according to the label without fabric softener, and air dry. For models that allow it, you can wash at 60 °C for hygiene.

Can bleeding happen after menopause?

Any bleeding after 12 months without a period should be assessed by a doctor, including a few spots. Absorbent protection handles the leakage, but does not explain or treat the cause.
