How to wear it
Like regular swimwear, in a size that fits close to the body. The 30 ml capacity does not translate into a fixed number of hours in the water: check more often the first few times.
Care
Rinse in cold water after wearing, wash at 30 °C without fabric softener, and air dry away from strong sun. Do not use a tumble dryer.

The Galaxy bikini top
The bikini top is the upper part and has no absorbent layer. The protection is in the bikini bottoms.

Can I swim without a tampon?
With a light or moderate flow, yes: the protection is built into the bottoms. With a heavy flow, combine it with a disc, a cup or a tampon.
How long can I wear it in the water?
It depends on your flow. The product details state up to 8 hours with a light to medium flow; the 30 ml capacity does not translate into a fixed number of hours. Check more often at first and bring a spare pair.
How do I choose my size?
The bottoms should fit close to the body. The available sizes are on each card, and the size table is on the product page.
