28% hemp, 67% organic cotton and 5% spandex. The contact layer combines textile fibres with the stretch needed for a comfortable fit.
70% bamboo and 30% cotton. The inner layer takes in and holds the fluid within the pad's structure.
Fabric of 95% cotton and 5% spandex, complemented by polyurethane (PU) and a silicone strip. PU helps limit fluid from seeping through to your underwear; the strip contributes to stability.

The questions when you use it for the first time.
What is the difference between XS and M?
XS is 19 cm long and has an absorbency capacity of 40 ml. M is 29 cm and 45 ml. The composition and attachment are the same. Choose according to the coverage you want in your underwear and your flow, not your clothing size. The capacity does not guarantee a specific wear time.
How do I choose the right underwear?
Wear underwear that fits your body well and where the wings can be closed under the gusset. A very narrow fit or loose underwear can give less stability. Check the position before you put it on.
Can the pad slip?
The snaps and silicone strip help with stability, but the fit also depends on your underwear and your movements. If it shifts, centre it again, check that the snaps are closed, and try underwear that fits your body better.
When should I change it?
Change the pad according to your flow, and as soon as you feel damp or uncomfortable. The first few times, check more often until you know how it works for you. Don't wait until the maximum stated capacity is reached.
Can it be seen through clothes?
Slim is thin, but how discreet it is depends on the fit of your underwear and the thickness of your clothes. Under very tight clothes, a pad's outline may be visible. Choose the length and position you feel comfortable with.
How do I wash it, and at what temperature?
Wash it before first use. After use, rinse it in cold water and wash it at 40°C, without fabric softener and without bleach. After your period, wash it at 60°C according to the care instructions. Let it air-dry completely; don't use a tumble dryer, and don't iron the pad.
What do I do with the used pad when I'm out?
Bring a clean pad to change into. Keep the used pad separately in a suitable waterproof bag until you get home, then rinse and wash it. The bag is not included in the Slim pack.
How many reusable pads do I need?
It depends on how many changes you have, how often you wash and the drying time. You need clean pads for the period when the others are being washed or drying. You can start gradually and combine Slim with the products you already use; the number in the calculator is an example you can change.
Can I use Slim as extra protection?
Yes, you can use it in your underwear as extra protection when using a menstrual cup or disc. Change the pad as needed, and follow the instructions for the internal product separately. It is not intended for swimming.
What do I get in the pack, and when should it be replaced?
The pack contains one Slim pad in the chosen size. Regularly check materials, seams, silicone strip and snaps. Replace it if it is damaged, or if it works less well despite proper care.
