Underwear with built-in absorbent protection in a cut you enjoy wearing. Choose the model that suits light urine leaks and the way you spend your day.
What makes the difference
when you wear them?
- Built-in absorbent layersTo hold the liquid without a separate insert.
- AbsorbencyProtection for light urine leaks. Choose the model that suits the amount and frequency of leaks, and change your underwear as needed.
- Wash. Reuse. An alternative to some disposable products.

You can feel the comfort. The materials are tested.
Discreet to wear.
Laboratory tested.
And what about odour?
Odour matters as much as absorbency. The layers of hemp and organic cotton have antimicrobial activity, independently tested by Intertek. Limiting the growth of micro-organisms in textiles is relevant to managing the odours associated with them.
The test measures the material's antimicrobial activity, not the removal of urine odour during wear. Changing in good time and washing according to the label are part of everyday comfort.
How textiles are tested · Intertek ↗Underwear, your way.
A brief or boyshort cut with built-in absorbent layers: the protection is part of the underwear, with no separate insert. Margaret has a high waist; Nora has a boyshort cut and more coverage on the leg.
In the absorbent area, hemp and organic cotton bring a textile contact with the skin. Choose the size that fits comfortably; how discreet it is under clothes also depends on the cut of your trousers.

About absorbent protection, recovery after prostate surgery and care options for women and men.
General information, documented from the sources indicated. Not a diagnosis or an individual treatment plan.
What is urinary incontinence and what types of leakage are there?
Urinary incontinence means the involuntary loss of urine. Stress incontinence occurs, for example, when coughing, laughing or moving; urge incontinence is linked to a sudden, intense need to urinate. The two can occur together. The type and cause are determined by a medical assessment, not by how much the underwear has absorbed.
Source: NHS ↗How long does incontinence last after a prostatectomy?
Recovery of bladder control after a prostatectomy varies: improvement can continue over several months, and some people need additional treatment. There is no guaranteed timeframe. Note how the leaks develop, and talk to your urologist at check-ups about recovery and the options available if the problem persists.
Source: Prostate Cancer UK ↗Can I use absorbent underwear after childbirth or a gynaecological procedure?
After childbirth or a gynaecological procedure, the choice of protection should be discussed with your doctor, depending on healing and the type of leakage. Urine leakage is not the same as lochia, bleeding after surgery or discharge from a wound. Femieko can offer protection for light urine leaks when the model and your doctor allow it; it does not replace dressings or prescribed products.
How do I choose between reusable absorbent underwear and disposable products?
Choose based on the amount and frequency of leaks, how it fits your body and whether you can change the product. Reusable underwear has built-in layers and is washed according to the label; disposable urinary protection is changed after use. If the product saturates quickly or leaks around it, reassess the absorbency and size. Do not assume that any product is enough for every level of loss.
Source: NHS ↗Can EMSELLA be part of the care of urinary incontinence?
EMSELLA uses electromagnetic stimulation of the pelvic floor muscles. A doctor decides whether the procedure is suitable, checks the indications and contraindications and discusses the alternatives. After prostate surgery or another procedure, suitability and timing require an individual assessment. Results are not guaranteed.
