For a healthy and eco-friendly experience, follow these simple preparation, use, and care instructions for Femi.Eko® reusable pads:

🌱 Preparation

Wash the reusable pads before first use to activate their absorbency.

🌞 Daily Use

Attach the reusable pad to your underwear using the snap buttons.

Change the pad as needed, depending on your flow. Each pad can be worn for up to 12 hours, making it suitable for menstruation or light discharge.

The compact shape of the pads makes them easy to carry in your bag.

💧 After Use

Rinse the reusable pad in cold water after each use to remove residue.

Wash by hand or in a washing machine at 40°C using a hypoallergenic detergent without chlorine or fabric softener.

Allow the pad to air dry completely before reuse. Avoid drying in strong direct sunlight.

🌿 Disinfection

At the end of your menstrual cycle, wash the pad at 60°C for thorough hygiene.

To help prevent odors, you can add a small amount of apple cider vinegar during washing.

🔄 Washing Instructions

Use a detergent without fragrance, chlorine, or fabric softener. Avoid bleach and do not iron the reusable pads to preserve the performance of the materials.
