➿ Fold the menstrual cup into a C or U shape to insert it into the vagina. This will be easy as the menstrual cup is no bigger than a tampon when inserted.

💁‍♀️ Find a comfortable position to insert the menstrual cup, for example by bending one leg or sitting on the toilet.

📍 Insert the menstrual cup into the vagina while it is still folded until it is deep enough in the vagina.

🔄 Check if the menstrual cup is opened by turning it carefully and pulling the stem slightly to ensure a vacuum has been created.
