Instructions for use for the menstrual applicator

🧼 Hygiene
Wash your hands with soap and water before use to avoid transferring bacteria. Also make sure the menstrual product you are going to insert (cup, disk, or tampon) is clean.

🔧 Preparation
Fold the menstrual product and place it in the opening of the applicator, like in a syringe. Important: Insert the product into the applicator from the top down without pushing it all the way down to the end of the tube.

➡️ Insertion
Gently insert the applicator into the vagina at a slight angle towards the anus until it is about three-quarters of the way in. It is not necessary to insert it all the way in, just enough to release the product properly. Once the applicator is in place, gently push the plunger forward to release the product. For easier insertion, you can use a water-based lubricant to make the process more comfortable.

✅ Control
After release, check that the product is seated correctly for optimal protection and to avoid leakage. Carefully adjust if necessary.

🧴 After use
Wash the applicator with warm water after each use and store it in the included bag. Thanks to the integrated antibacterial Saniconcentrate technology, sterilisation or boiling is not necessary.
