What is the spatula for?

The built-in spatula can help press lightly on the base of the menstrual cup to break the vacuum. Don't pull the cup with force if the vacuum hasn't been broken.

Can I use lubricant?

You can use a small amount of water-based lubricant. Avoid silicone-based lubricant when the period product is made of silicone.

Does the antibacterial technology replace cleaning?

No. Saniconcentrate is built into the material and developed to limit bacterial growth on the product's surface. The applicator must be rinsed and cleaned after each use.
