How to use it
The disc is folded, inserted and positioned behind the pubic bone; it does not seal by suction. The ring helps with removal. Empty it, rinse it and reinsert it.

What is the difference between a disc and a cup?
The disc sits behind the pubic bone and does not seal by suction. The cup opens below the cervix and forms a seal. Both collect your flow.
How long can I wear the disc?
Up to 12 hours according to the product details. Empty it sooner if your flow requires it.
Delikate Safe or Universal?
Delikate Safe has a 35 ml capacity and a smaller format, and according to the product details is intended for a low or medium cervix. Safe Universal has 50 ml and is intended for a medium or high cervix, or after childbirth.
